• DDoS & Edge Protection: TCPShield protects the Minecraft TCP layer and Cloudflare handles web endpoints. These protections filter and mitigate attacks before they reach the home network.
• Automated Monitoring & Alerting: 24/7 monitoring (uptime checks, alerting to on-call staff, and automated health checks). Any degraded service triggers an automated remediation workflow and an on-call technician receives alerts immediately.
• Backups & Recovery: Daily snapshots of world data with incremental backups and off-site retention. We verify backups regularly and maintain hot-standby images so we can restore or fail over quickly if needed.
